Robert Craig Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
James Suckling"Intense aromas of blueberry and blackberry. Hints of minerals. Full body, ultra-fine tannins and a fresh and clean finish. A firm and well-formed red with interest."
Wine AdvocateThe 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa, which is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, has a deep ruby/purple color, a sweet blueberry and blackcurrant fruit-scented nose, not much complexity, but medium to full body, good purity, lushness and an attractive price for Napa. Drink it over the next 10-12 years.
Larchmont Wine & LiquorI've only tasted the Craig 2010 Affinity and this wine but both were outstanding. I didn't get a lot on the nose but the palate is classic Napa, beautiful fruit but balanced, silky mouth feel and not over extracted. Quality stuff.
