A deep blood red color with generous Barossa Valley aromas from a friendly vintage: vanilla, blueberry, violet, plum jam and tar. The palate is round, soft and generous, the flavors lead with plum jam, vanilla and boysenberry. Hints of toast and dark chocolate complement the finish which is soft and generous, just like our Barossa growers.

Wine AdvocateDeep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely scented of creme de cassis, plum preserves and blueberry tart with nuances of violets and rose water. Medium to full-bodied, it gives a good amount of ripe black and blue fruit flavors in the mouth, supported by medium level, chewy tannins and a medium to long finish. Drink it now to 2017+.
